Sights visualizes your yearly shutdown schedule, process lines and individual components along with indirect shutdown costs. Sights uses a two-point UT calibration and live production data to calculate the exact wear life of every liner in your ancillary equipment (chutes, cyclones, pumps). This ensures all components reach end-of-life simultaneously, eliminating unplanned stops.
(Note: Sights provides execution control for grinding mill relines; wear algorithms are applied to all other ancillary components.)
Planning & Readiness
